On completion of this training course, operators will have refreshed their knowledge and skills for safe the use of multi directional lift truck in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and accepted good practice.

Combi multi directional lift truck Refresher Syllabus

Introduction to Combi truck operations
Understand the duties and responsibilities of multi directional lift truck operator
Operator safety devices and equipment
Features effecting the stability and capacity of the Combi truck
Load weight estimation
Operate the Combi lift through different steering modes
Understand and correctly respond to warning devices fitted to the Combi lift truck
Carry out pre-use safety inspection and daily maintenance as recommended by the machine manufacturer
Identify safe terrain conditions & operate within the design limits of the Combi lift truck
Understand the safe loading of the machine – rating plates
Understand operator safety code
Operate and manoeuvre Combi in confined areas and racking systems
Stack and de-stack at varying heights
Battery charging / refuelling procedures
Parking and isolation
